  1. It’s fun & easy to add txt to an image using Adobe photoshop. u can make postcards, annotate travel photos or create an ad for ur website or  newspaper. Many images can be changed easily by simply adjusting the contrast & brightness of the image.
  2. Adobe PageMaker places obj’s in a stacking order as u create them (if u add txt, then a picture, then a rule, the rule will appear on top of picture, which appears on top of txt).
  3. Magic Wand tool in Photoshop selects parts of the image based on their contrast ratios. You can use this tool to select areas of your image for transformation or to cut part of an image to paste in a new image.
  4. Headers and footers are special areas at the top and bottom of each page and can include information such as the document title, a page number, the name of the author and so on.
  5. Desktop publishing (DTP) programs are used to integrate text and images into documents worthy of professional printing.

  18. Microsoft Paint provides you the ability to resize a picture either vertically, horizontally, or both. The Stretch/Skew command in MS Paint is for this exact purpose, and uses percentage parameters to resize an image.
  19. Adobe Premier Elements gives you the control to adjust hue, contrast and brightness for each video clip in your movie. You can lighten a dark scene or increase the overall color of a scene.
