Whooping cough

  1. 1t garlic juice 2-3times/day.
  2. 5drops almond oil + 10drops white onion juice + 10drops ginger juice, 3times/day for a fortnight.
  3. 1t radish juice + 1t honey + rock salt 3times/day.

yeast infection

  1. Insert tampon dipped in curd in vagina 2times/day. 2days after symp’s subside also.
  2. Insert tampon with tea tree oil in vagina for relief.
  3. In non vaginal infection, apply garlic paste.
  4. Eat plenty of fruits, vegs, curd.
  5. For relief from itch, take tub bath with 1c epsom salt+1/2c table salt. After bath, blow dry well in that area, wear cotton underwear.

Hair loss

  1. Eat balanced diet. Hair friendly diet includes protein, iron, zinc, sulfur, vit C, B-complex, & essential fatty acids.
  2. Avoid overconsumption of salt, tobacco, alcohol.
  3. Do headstands- or any position lowering head below our body several times daily, 15mts each time.
  4. Msg scalp by hand or with electric vibrator.
  5. Drink shake of banana+honey+curd+low fat milk. As rich is biotin, will help hair to have strong roots.
  6. Sleep well.
  7. Leave hair free. Wearing hair up/pulling hair into tight pony tails/wearing barettes may pluck out hair from skin leaving bald patches.
  8. In shampoos, be aware of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, which can strip away too much oil from the hair, causing shampoo residue to be left behind.
  9. Natural shampoos are a better choice. Look for ingredients like cocomides, panthenol pro-B, aloe vera, sage, nettle, chamomile, horsetail, keratin & rosemary which are very good.
  10. Take anti oxidant rich foods.
  11. Take m.vit daily with B,C, E if dieting. Fish oil supplement with vit D, ess.fatty acids to boost imm, soothe infl’tion.
  12. Medications/treatments that cause hair loss are- Vit A, certain antidepressants, testesterone products, beta blockers, certain cholesterol lowering agents, chemotherapy etc.
  13. Ginkgo biloba increases blood flow to scalp (without androgens).
  14. Scalp must be kept cool, so protect from sun & wash in cold or lukewarm water.
  15. Apply boiled few dry amla pcs in coconut oil, wonderful rslts. Amla is excellent tonic for hair conditioning.
  16. Msg coconut oil into roots, stimulates blood flow to scalp, support normal follicle function. Nourishes hair.
  17. If u’re premenopausal, consider using a natural USP progesterone cream to naturally rebalance ur hormones.
  18. Apply 7drops lemon j+egg, when dry wash with herbal shampoo.
  19. Condition hair with amla, shikakai powder+yoghurt.
  20. Boil few Hibiscus leaves in 1gl h20, strain, cool, squeeze in 1lime j, apply, when dry, shampoo.
  21. Boil dry pieces of amla in coconut oil. It is a hair tonic.
  22. Rinse hair with lemon j or vinegar.
  23. After applying oil to hair, wrap a warm towel around hair.
  24. Dandruff- Soak 2Tfenugreek seeds overnight in h20, grind to fine paste, apply for 1/2hr, shampoo.
  25. Mustard oil boiled with mehndi leaves/henna enriches hair.
  26. Homeopathy:
    Ignatia- hair loss, itching relieved by scratching.
    Urtica- irritated skin, hair loss. furthers growth of hair
    Selenium- hair loss from anxiety or illness, alopecia.
    Phos Acid- hair loss due to anxiety, formication of whole body.
    Lyc- premature graying, hair loss on men, thinning hair, itching liver spots, chronic urticaria.
    Thuja- hair loss, split ends of hair, nails brittle or soft.

  1. Eat pear with or before dinner. Clears entire fecal matter.
  2. Eat guavas with seeds for more fiber.
  3. Eat 4-5figs soaked o.n. laxative
  4. Eat raw palak or drink juice.
  5. Laxatives- papaya, grapes, orange.

  3. B to b 1c h20, add 1t haldi, 1t ajwain, boil till 1/2, mix in 1t honey, drink twice a day.
  4. Drink 1c grape j + 1t honey
  5. Soak 7almonds o.n, deskin, grind fine to powder + 20g butter + 20g sugar paste twice a day. Excellent for dry coughs.

  3. ginger slices soaked in l.j after meals.
